Chief Technology and Marketing Officer
Guimy Rodriguez Castor, who was born in Haiti, is an up and coming young public health professional who speaks five languages-Portuguese, French, English, Spanish and Creole, is driven to succeed and is already a proven leader in his demographic. He is skilled in recording, interpreting and analyzing data in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in a variety of software used for data analysis and performance measurements.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from CUNY York College, Queens, New York. He earned a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia. During his time at Liberty University, he was Vice-President of Liberty University Public Health Association. He was also a member of the Health Education Honor Society of Eta Sigma Gamma and the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success.
After his internship with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, he was hired as a Program and Evaluation Consultant to work in the Division’s Health Equity Unit where he designed evaluations, set up data collection protocols and systems, and created evaluation tools to measure and monitor the successes of some of the Health Equity Unit’s core programs. He also configured statistical applications to capture, store and share production and process data.
For fun, Mr. Castor enjoys soccer, traveling, sampling exotic foods and finding great deals on everything from shoes to electronic equipment. Guimy has been a member of KBDB3 since its inception and is committed to its success.
