Chief Executive Officer
Intrigued with the idea of creating informational, impactful and fun opportunities to educate, elevate, enrich and empower people especially her people to be their best, Nicole co-founded KDBD3 in September 2017 with close colleagues.
Born and raised in Raleigh NC with degrees in Public Health and Public Administration, over 19 years of experience working in public health and a brief stint in the military and knowledge/experience in what some of the challenges faced by people of color are in our homes, workplaces, schools, doctor’s offices, and other institutions and systems that we interact with every day – she knew it was time to break out of the box and away from traditional systems and organizations and do something unique to make a difference in the lives of the people she loves and respects.
Nicole believes in holistic health and understands that to improve our society we must first start with ourselves, then move to our families and communities thus being able and ready to then impact society. As it was so eloquently said by Maya Angelo: “Do the best you can until you know better, then when you know better, do better”. Nicole believes that it can be taken a step further than when you know better, you can do better ultimately being able to be better, but not only for yourself but for everyone else.
